Onstream Media's Infinite Conferencing Division Signs Master Agency Agreement with Leading Systems Integrator Presidio Networked Solutions
POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – March 5, 2009 – Onstream Media Corporation ( OTC: ONSM), an online service provider of live and on-demand internet video, today announced it has signed a Master Agency Agreement between its Infinite Conferencing Division and Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of business enablement and telecommunications solutions. The agreement is the first systems integrator relationship for Infinite.
Under the terms of the agreement, Presidio will sell Infinite's full suite of conferencing and collaboration services, including audio, web, webcasting and desktop video. The agreement enables Presidio to offer their customers a single source for all of their business enablement services and rich media conferencing needs, and to help Infinite expand into new markets.
